FONTWELL PARK RACECOURSE – PREMIER GRANDSTAND

Brief

Fontwell Park Racecourse are still racing throughout the construction period of the new Premier Grandstand and therefore required visualisations of the new proposed scheme to show new and existing racegoers how much the new Grandstand will improve their experience on course.

In addition to this Fontwell Park is an exquisite Wedding venue, events and conference hire facility all year round so it was important to keep visitors informed about the progress of the Grandstand and how the finished development will look in order to aid future bookings.

Solution

Straightforward CGI created a set of still images of the overall site, close ups of the new grandstand, and internal floors of the development such as the ground floor grandstand bar, first floor panoramic restaurant and second floor private hospitality boxes.

The illustrations and animated walk through that have been created to compliment the £6m project before completion. Due to open in August the visualisations have been used to secure advance bookings to the Racecourse on a Raceday, Wedding ceremonies, 2010 Christmas Parties and have been a fantastic sales tools for presentations to corporate companies looking to hire the venue for conferences, outdoor events or private hospitality.

The computer generated images and animated walk through of our new £6m Grandstand has been a crucial sales tool and we are delighted with the quality and customer service provided by Straightforward CGI.
